I just spoke with some people at the NTIA yesterday...
deadline to get things done is 31 Dec xx, everything 1 jan xx and after must
be updated.

Understood. But give it time. EVERYONE on VHF part 90 will be required
to convert eventually, 2013.

I know 2013 is the cutoff-I just forget off the top of my head whether
