If you feel they have violated their published policies, bring that up and demand an explanation. Says who? No repeater trustee is obligated to coordinate his/her repeater with a coordinating group. Many repeaters pre-date the formation of an area coordination group. If the repeater is operational, any repeater, coordinated or otherwise that significantly interferes with a pre-existing operating repeater is in violation of FCC rules. Coordinating a repeater is a voluntary act. There is no regulatory requirement to do so. Show me some language in part 97 to the contrary.
