Yes. The duplexer itself doesn't require any changes, just new cables cut to the proper length, then proper tuning.
There's a file on www.repeater-builder.com that has the end-to-end lengths for RG214. The two cables that go to the TEE connector are a different length than the other four. These units should give you 0.5dB (per section) or less of passband loss and 40dB (per section) or more of reject loss.
