One could take care of that with a 1 second ADM on the user radio's mic audio. I've also found that ADMs solve the "missing 1st syllable" problem on CTCSS-access repeaters, and allow for setting the DTMF mute delay to near 0 to solve DTMF falsing problems. I used to hate ADMs, but they do have lots of little advantages & will probably add one to my own repeater system soon. Bob NO6B
