It is basically a Term that was Used when a Person would Peak and Tweak the Radios, An example trying to get 2 more Watts that would not make a difference anyway, just another Name for the Tuning tool. We still use them to Peak and Tweak things up Even Brand New out of the Box , Because We know it can be done better then the People who designed it.
