Don, Way back in days of old... an Electronics Teacher I respect told me that any electronics device with a valid problem presented for service... has at least the original problem plus one or more additional problem added (to the original) per number of persons or times a previous repair/service has been tried. ...ie add one additional problem min per each time the cover has been off the box.
