How many have you had die? That was the question. Using them since 1989 and replacing one a year, wouldn't be worth it. :-) Now that I think about it, I think the PS group had Vocom, and replaced the dead one with Cresend -- so it was probably not a "switch of vendor"... just a factory replacement, since they're the same company -- going by the other postings on the thread.
