I've had issues with the customer service folks at Sinclair also. Will avoid them in the future when I can. Had a circulator that showed up and can't be tuned with the normal adjustments to get it back on track. After several excuses of needing a tax number and then some other documentation, they just stopped answering my emails asking for an RMA. Two years later, I've given up.
