Yes. 106 = 10uF (Usually Tantalums come in this size) 105 = 1uF 104 = 0.1uF 103 = 0.01uF 102 = 0.001uF (A.K.A. 1000pF) 101 = 100pF 100 can either equal 100pF or 10pF depending on who made it and what there markings are. usually parts 100pF and below are just labeled with the value in picofarads. Like 18 would denote 18pF, but 151 would mean 150pF.
