Possibilities:
(1) Set your yahoogroups membership to "Special Notices" and then
read the traffic at the web site at your leisure.
(2) Leave your yahoogroups membership to "Each Message" or
"Daily Digest" and use a POP client to get your mail, then have
a sort rule in your client to dump every subject line that starts with
"[Repeater-Builder]" into a specific folder. Then ignore the folder
until you are ready to spend some time.
