I was surprised also. Usually they just send back an
automated, generic reply and offer no explanation for
problems that just vanish. The write-up in the blog
did a pretty good job explaining things. Too bad the
posted messages during that time frame will never be
mailed out. I'm too lazy and fed up to go look for
them and re-send them.
