My experience has been that the controller has little to do with overall repeater audio quaility, & what few deficiencies I've found in them (mainly the input coupling & deemphasis capacitors in LinkComm controllers being too low in value) are easily corrected. What's most important is how the controller is coupled to the radios & that the levels are properly adjusted. Bob NO6B
