I went to the Condor site and notice that they don't give a formula for the Rx crystal, is it the same as for the M2 mod?
I'm not sure. Here at repeater builder we use the following for 220 Mastr II's For the PLL exciter: (preferred) http://www.repeater-builder.com/ge/mastrII222pllexciter.html For a phase exciter: http://www.condor-connection.org/mods/mastr2.htm Helical assy: http://homepage.mac.com/pseabolt/mods/rf_assembly.htm PA assy: (we use our AMPBD for a circuit board) http://homepage.mac.com/pseabolt/mods/pa.htm http://www.repeater-builder.com/products/ampbd.html Osc. Mult: (I have not found it necessary to replace the transistors as described) http://homepage.mac.com/pseabolt/mods/oscillat.htm Mixer board: http://homepage.mac.com/pseabolt/mods/mixer.htm In the above receive conversion, the crystal multiplication factor has changed from x9 to x12. You can now use the formula: fc=(fo-11.2)/12. This should give you a crystal in the 17-18 MHz range. If you are ordering from Bomar Crystal, you can specify part #19A129393\12. The above is for a Mastr II. I would think that the MVP and Exec II would be similar. I have only done an MVP exciter, not the complete radio, so I can't speak about how to convert the MVP receiver. Good Luck.
