Tony, Check to ensure that the three jumpers inside the radio, particularly JU551, are set correctly. If this setup has worked before and suddenly is not working on any of three radios, perhaps the controller is malfunctioning.

We've tried 3 radios but none will produce the necessary voltage swing. What have we missed? Programming or wiring issue?
