It's actually Joe that needs the info.

I just have seen another similar/same duplexer doing similar/odd
things... haven't opened it up yet to see if my problem is the same as
Joe's... it was just a friend's duplexer that doesn't seem to be
behaving normally... no big push here to fix it, they used another
Wacom and got their setup up and running.
