Not the 100 watt 0375 but I've got a number of the lower powered 
25 & 35 watt radios doing repeater and linking projects. 

The 100 watts is a bit more than I need or want from the radio 
so I use the lower powered models. But yes, they can work as repeater 
sections if you reduce the power level.
