Yes, the RC210 is quite capable of displaying (reading back) an antenna heading based on a varying voltage and giving that readback in degrees. Since most rotors use an internal pot-derived voltage divider as the source for driving their meter, it is simply a matter of checking the voltage supplies at both ends of rotation (CW and CCW of course) and programming a meter face of the 210 accordingly.
