You're right... but many of these problematic links are used 
for IRLP and Echolink. Remote base people are also high on the 
short list.

The same happens with pretty much every group and function.

The primary function of many these link radios is Echolink, IRLP, 
& Remote Base Operation.  We often don't blame any specific person 
but the reported problems are most often a cause and effect 
relationship.
