Yes, I have re-tuned a couple to 144.75. Loops work fine with no mod. You can add a trimmer cap in series with the loop and convert to BP/BR. There is a lot of info one how to do that on the repeater-builder web site.

Will Decibel DB-4001 cavities tune to 146.0 MHz?

Would the coupling loops need to be lengthened? Is this practical?

Would three DB-4001 bandpass and three similar looking notch (I assume
due to only one UHF connector) cavities make a good duplexer?

Pitfalls?
