I don't understand your comment.  I stated that Part 90 "does list" the
specific frequency only to note that the part number of the exciter board is
described as for the UHF band 470-512 MHz.  If the exciter were intended to
operate with a tripler on 476.775 MHz, the crystal would then be marked
158.925 MHz which, as we both noted, is a Public Safety channel.
