The Mini-ITX format motherboards run on +12 and are ideal for that environment. In fact, the "embedded IRLP" node design is based on that design and have no hard drives.... they boot from a thumb drive and run in RAM, and support both IRLP and EchoLink in one box. Mike WA6ILQ
