Does anyone know of a software program that will take discriminator audio and display the DCS (or, optionally, CTCSS) being used? If not, can someone point me to the technical specification for DCS? (I know it's approximately 131 baud, sub-audible, occupying 2-300 Hz, but that's all I could find...) Maybe I can get my son to write such a program....
