Not the first, but one of the 1st (maybe 2nd?) & certainly the most complex of its time: http://wa6tdd.tripod.com/ Between the audio processing & circular polarized antenna, it was perfectly copyable all over the LA basin on an old deaf multiband (AM/FM/shortwave/VHF) receiver.
