Dave, The exact LBI for the 19C320523G2 Rev A board is found here:
<www.repeater-builder.com/ge/lbi-library/lbi-30032f.pdf> The Description and Maintenance LBI is found here: <www.repeater-builder.com/ge/lbi-library/lbi-30113f.pdf> If the slugs are so loose that they fall out of the coils, perhaps a previous owner broke the original slugs and substituted some that are smaller. That is really strange that they are loose. 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of ve7ltd Sent: Friday, June 29, 2007 8:31 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Repeater-Builder] Re: Retuning 11.2 MHz oscillator on MASTR-II The number is: PL19C320523G2 Rev A There is no direct hit for it, but it is a 75Watt UHF mobile, with UHF exciter (non-tripler). The IF oscillator is dead, but I would like to troubleshoot it. The receiver tunes up fine until I get to "pin 7" and I get zero volts. I hooked my HP 8920A to the RCA output port on the IF oscillator and I get no output on 11.2 MHz. Upon closer inspection, the slugs in the tuning coils in the the IF tuning sections are loose, to the point that I flipped the receiver upside down and two of the three of them just fell out. I have never touched or tweaked the IF before, and I have not seen a step by step tuning.
