My favorite military acronym is NRTS, not for what it means (not repairable this station), but how it was used. "NRTS the damn thing and lets go surfing". Which translates to "take this piece of equipment that we're suppose to fix out back and shoot it, put a "NRTS/battle damage" tag on it and ship it back to the states." Made for an easy work load.
