Well, any help in finding him, would be a good start, I will look around and 
see what I can come up with, will check files and see if he had given me the 
name of the person, he sold it too. Thanks again Bob, for your kind responses.

TO THE GROUP
If anyone on here have one of the AP4800 (or know who bought the company from 
"John Bell" and who have it now that would be help) lying around, that may have 
a different problem, and have no use for it, and will like to part with it, I'm 
willing to make arrangement to get it.

  Programming the micro isn't as big of a problem as locating the source code. 
I have a one-page "version 1" document that says source code can be purchased 
by controller owners, and a one-page "version 2" document that says source code 
is not available. I don't know who Mr. Bell sold his company to, but I think 
that's the guy you want.
