What you really want is the Hamtronics diode CW ID Board instead. 

I've got one or more of both types.  Getting the VHF Engineering 
circuit to work as most people would want is a bit of a task.  

The Hamtronics Diode Matrix CW ID Board works as-built without any 
special mods. 

Hamtronics has the paperwork for the CW ID Board on their web site 
but the information is not complete... ie no circuit diagram or 
picture is included.  

Many of us can forward a copy of the Hamtronics information to you 
if you'd like. I probably also have the VHF Enginnering stuff
somewhere but it's the same as the RB web page info. I have the 
Hamtronics CW ID Information scanned into a pdf file if you want a 
copy... just email me and I'll send it to you.
