In my MSF5000 manual I show the IPA for a C74CXB7106 (435-475) to be a TLE2232A.... =-O
On the TLE2232 I show the final transistor is Q462 MOT # 48-84411L05 NPN-type M1105.. Hybrid is TLE5332A (435-475)..
