You need to get the LBI's for the station, there's a lot more going on on the backplane than you think and there are things that can be changed by the system board jumpering and other configuration jumpers set at the factory in the original configuration. (It's nice to know from the combination number what the original configuration was.) > i think one is for metering device, which one? Metering is more complex than just a single connector. If the station you have wasn't set up for metering internally, most metering using the off-board meter isn't done anywhere from the backplane, it's done by plugging directly into the module under test. We probably need to know more about what you're attempting to do, in order to help you. You could be doing anything from trying to add metering to a non-metered from the factory station, or just trying to measure for a specific problem. > EMAIL me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I answer only on-list unless it goes off-topic. People learn from the conversations, that is the whole point of a mailing list. Otherwise, why be here? I'll CC you on this reply so you see this, but if you want to go off-list... I don't do that unless the topic is off-topic for the list or maybe when working something specific out, but ... asking list members to come off-list is kinda like asking for personal service, and if you want that... there are professionals who will be happy to charge money to fix the problem... this is a community and it only works if we're all here... so to speak. My opinion only... -- Nate Duehr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
