I have to agree with what Skip said. The big issue with LTR (and other trunking formats) is that you have to either 1)have an exclusive license for each channel for the area you want to cover (may be hard to find, and licensing is expensive once you do), or 2) put monitor rx's on each OUTPUT freq. at the site with a cross busy to keep that channel from being assigned when someone else is using it down the road. The CSI unit Skip mentioned does have that provision, among most others.
