That is the interference most of us are talking about, yes.

That's why normally 'repeater DX-ing' is HIGHLY frowned upon, and 
continued abuse could be considered malicious interference. I don't know 
of anyone who has been cited that way, but it's possible.

'Interference' is a VERY broad term that can be used to describe a 
number of issues. And yes, talking to someone through a repeater 75 
miles away when there is another on the same freq. 25 miles away is 
interference.
