We had something similar show up here in SoCal on 223.50 during FD. It was the impetus for a major 220 MHz bandplan revision here, as there was no dedicated spectrum in the old bandplan for simplex internet links, hence 223.50 was just as good as any other simplex frequency for that use. Now it isn't, as Echolink & IRLP have a legitimate "home" here. Bob NO6B
