There was 2 in the NE OH area back in the late 80's-both got shut down for interfering with existing simplex ops and not falling into the approved bandplan. Both were 1 MHz in/out, 146.475 in/147.475 out, I forget exactly what the other one was, I think 146.43 in/147.43 out... -- Jim Barbour WD8CHL
