Looks like a highband "Motran" repeater from about 1969 or so. All solid state, about 30 watts out.
Something like C43MSY for a partial model number. What freq is it on now? Good RX, kinda of weird TX (by today's standard). Has three old style RF transistors in parallel to make the 30 watts out.
