If I may add my 2¢ worth…

I have a Crescend 150W PA on my 444.550 machine. It was purchased new and
it was in service about a year before it released it’s installed volume of
magic smoke. (The PA is “protected” by an isolator.) Anyhow, I took it out
of the rack and back to Crescend, who fixed it free and returned it within a
week. It is also nice that they are conveniently local to me… Anyhow,
they never asked me any questions about the installation – they just took it
and fixed it. They also continued the three-year warranty on the PA. (No,
I didn’t open the cover to see what happened – I did not want to break the
seal and void the warranty on the unit.)

All-in-all, I am very satisfied with Crescend. My experience has been that
they stand behind their product and provide excellent customer service when
needed, so I am also very comfortable with recommending Crescend highly.

Again, I highly recommend the Crescend amplifiers. If I remember correctly,
they make the amps for Daniel's (the lower powered ones). Have never had a
problem with their amps. I can't say the same for TPL. My experience is
they provide Temporary, Problematic, Lack-luster performance.

It sounds like Daniel's may not make the 100 amp but use a downstream
amplifier. That would be ok with us also.
