IIIRC, the original spec for UHF M2 PM exciters was 200 mW.  The later
direct FM exciters were spec'ed for 180 mW, even though the mulitplier
stages were basically the same between the two models, not sure why they
"downgraded" the spec.  I've never had any problems with outputs down in the
125-150 mW range.  I might start getting concerned at 100 mW though...
