It seems to resemble LMR400. Probably OK for a base station, but since it has foil plus braid over it, you will have problems if it's used for duplex operation, as in a repeater, especially if used outdoors where the expansion/contraction will cause the braid to rub over the foil.
It may also require special or unique connectors. Figure those into your total cost of ownership.
