The Antennex FG4605 for this application will be the best bang for the buck. This antenna is very durable and will withstand the abuse a 300 ft tower produces in rough enviroments. As stationmaster's get the crakles after a few years of service from not being secured to side of tower. Call your local two-way radio shop for a price. I think they are about 225.00-245.00 via tessco. Also remember to feed the antenna with quality hardline like andrews 7/8 for longer runs. Dipoles are great but sounds like access to the tower is very limited if a antenna repair is needed. Also make sure the antenna system is grounded and has lighting protection. These days insursance providers look for these types on items.
