That looks very much like a DB product repackaged. I had checked into what it takes to move one and was told by factory techs that the cans are helicoils set up to notch. Passes, if they exist, are done with stubs. The tech I spoke to said the unit "could be moved up in frequency" with rework of the heilcoils. The tuning range as I recall was very small but the unit could do a 500k split.
