The CDM series are good radios and they have large heat sinks for us talkative hams. Speaking of Motorola radios, has anyone been able to convert a "new series" radio to six metres? Still a few companies left making low band radios but the frequency stops at 50 Mhz and according to the service shop they cannot "stretch" like the old radios did.
