You can build your own. I believe there are plans in the mid 90's ARRL hand books using MRF-901s. Add an interdigital bandpass filter, 2 poles in front and 3 in back. But you will need test equipment to align it.
You can also try MMICs. Some are fairly low noise, but it will keep the part count low.
