Is the LED green or red? Green is voted and you should have audio out. If its red, the channel is probably disabled. Are the switches in the center posistion?
The audio level adjustment trimpots are 20 turn. Maybe you need to crank them up more. If its not one of these obvious items, you may have a failure.
