Just adding to your three bullet points.

If a question is sent to a group, any group for that matter, please
put some thought behind the question so that it make sense. 

I have seen so many poorly written posts that a person would think
they are coming from people that never attended the 6th grade.

Like you, I tend to read the majority of the posts, but I become weary
when I have to try to figure out what a person is asking because the
sentences do not make sense.

Here is an example, and this guy is in the US!
