Does anybody have any service information on the following amp, we had to take it out of our 444.4 repeater in the CN Tower due to steadily dropping power and don't seem to have a service manual:
Mobile Data International - FCC ID DO29YR-UM032Z (No Model #) - 25 Watt RF P.A. The PC board is marked "1988 Uniden PD-393AA". The Motorola final transistor - MRF646 and some surface mount caps in the collector circuit are blown. Any help would be appreciated. Nigel Johnson, VE3ID Toronto FM Communications Inc.
