Thanks for the reply.  The State is building a new stoplight in the 
area that I pass every day on the way to work.  They had the control 
cabinet open as I passed the other day and my wheels started turning. I 
thought I might stop one day and see if they'd let me look at it but 
you confirmed my suspicion that such a cabinet will work for radio 
applications.
