The Decibel DB-4076 series is rated for 250 watts.
This is the model that came from the factory in my Mastr II 100 watt UHF
repeater.
They made it in 2 versions, 3 cans and 4 cans, the 5 MHz split units
using 2 TX and one RX, and the 3 MHz split units using 2 and 2.
I find good sensitivity even on a dummy load with mine at 100 watts.
But with 200 watts, I might get some desense that I don't get now.
On VHF, you need even steeper skirts if running a lower split like the
600 Khz used on 2 meters. There it is even more of a case of more power on
TX is not always better.
In fact, for units that are at a nice high elevation with a very good
radiation pattern, one can use quite a bit less power
I know one repeater owner that ran his 2 meter Mastr II on the exciter
alone for a while. And at about 200 Milliwatts, give or take, there was
very little difference noticed. Some didn't notice at all.
The design of the duplexer can make a tremendous amount of difference,
plus you want the antenna system to have as good a match as possible.
Also making sure the duplexer is tuned and tweaked for best results.
  YMMV
