it is my humble opinion that all that is required is a time delay relay, probably somone has already mentioned this but i don't mind being redundundundant, that starts a 1 -2 minute cycle to turn on after shut down. seems simple enuf. no fancy timer curcuits and stuph like that there. they are not expensive, a huge consideration here abouts, and readily available from almost everywhere or possibly anywhere.
