Can anyone answer me a few questions. I had posted on radio programming
group and no straight forward answers came back. I just aquired a R100
repeater. I am familiar with moto software but have not found all the
info that I was hoping to find. First question, programming, from what
I can tell, since there is no version for the programming, does
the "RADMBL" rss work on this unit? Second question, the programming
cable kits listed on moto rss lists, say that the cable for RLN4008,
radio cable kit is the same part numbers for all they usual maxtrac,
m100, GM series radios. So my question is this, will one of those cheap
knock off ribless cables for GM/Maxtrac work on this. I have a, RLN4008
but no cable yet for this R100 because batlabs lists a schematic for
programming and not the usual, off the 25 pin from RIB. I have seen a
ribless cable listed on ebay for the R100 but am reluctant to order it
unless I need to or if someone has gotten one and it really works on
