Why not get a hungry cat and put inside the repeater room. Then couple weeks later come by and pick up the dead cat. Only one animal to get rid of.

Anyone have some advice on getting rid of the little bastards and keeping them away?

Brazilian recipe: Mix something tasteful  (in Brazil we use "Fubá" which
is a kind of flour made of corn) with cement. Lots of fubá, and some 20-30% of cement. They will eat and the cement will petrify on their stomachs :o)
