It use to state in Part 97 damaging a Ham Radio station was an FCC violation. Think this went away with the 70s "if it feels good then do it" attitude and all that freedom stuff or maybe because so much equip comes from Japan.

I think we owe it to Ham Radio that we monitor Carl's activities when it comes to Ham gear. Now cats I care less. Besides they eat their young.

I think we should start a ASPCA chapter here. I bet we could get some gov grant, maybe from Homeland Security. They give out money for less and are very interested in radio comm.
